Something not working, a listing that’s wrong, or a question? Email hello@fauve.nyc. Tell us which screen you were on and, for a listing, its name and date.
Signing in
You don’t need an account to use Tonight, the Map, Plan, crews on your phone or lists. Signing in (ME › Account) lets you post in Scene, follow people and share crews. Enter your email and type the one-time code we send you. If the code doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.
Deleting your account
In the app: ME › Account › Delete account. Your profile, posts, reactions, follows, crew memberships and saved events are deleted for good. You can also email us to ask.
Reporting a post or a person
Every Scene post has Report and Block. Reports go to our moderators. Blocking someone hides their posts from you and stops them inviting you to a crew.
Crews and invitations
Start a crew from a route in Plan. Signed in, ADD MEMBERS invites people inside the app; they join when they accept. SHARE INVITE LINK is optional and sends a code you can share any way you like. You can leave a crew at any time.
Your location
The Map and Plan use your location only after you allow it, and it never leaves your phone. You can turn it off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › FAUVE NYC.
Wrong or missing listings
Listings are checked on each venue’s or organizer’s own page and show when they were last checked. Tickets are sold on the organizer’s own site, not in the app. If something has changed, or a venue has closed, email us and we’ll fix it.
