Privacy Policy
FAUVE NYC shows what’s on tonight in Brooklyn and New York (house and techno, jazz, natural wine and art), builds routes for a night out and lets you plan nights with friends. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Without an account
You can browse Tonight, the Map, event and venue pages, build routes in Plan, start a crew on your phone and keep lists without an account. What you save then stays on your phone and is not sent to us.
What we collect when you sign in

Route planning
When you’re signed in, Plan may build your route with an AI model. The request includes the date and times, the neighborhood you start from (or only the words “your location”), your interests, budget, group size, mood and any notes you type. It is processed by our backend provider and by Anthropic, the AI provider, only to build that route. Your precise location is never part of it.
Your location
The app uses your location only after you allow it, and only in two places: the Map (while it’s open, for where you are and walking times) and Plan, when you choose to start a route from your current location. It stays on your phone: it is never stored, sent to us, shared with crews or other people, or used for anything else.
Crews
A crew is a private night plan. Signed in, you can invite people inside the app or share an invite link yourself; only the crew’s members see its plan and member list. A crew started without an account stays on your phone and is sent as a message through your phone’s share sheet. Crews are never posted to Scene.
What we don’t do
- No advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No analytics or third-party SDKs that profile you.
- We never sell your data.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase (hosting, database and sign-in), in the United States.
- Resend (sends the sign-in code email).
- Anthropic (AI route planning, as described above).
Links to tickets and venues open their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time in the app: ME › Account › Delete account. This removes your profile, posts, reactions, follows, crew memberships and invitations, saved events and other data linked to your account. You can also ask us to delete it by email.
Age
FAUVE NYC is about nightlife and natural wine and is meant for adults. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
